Doctor Fresh Return Policy

Most items purchased from Doctor Fresh are returnable except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

General Return Policy

  1. Products purchased at Doctor Fresh are returnable only when the item you have received at your doorstep is in a physically damaged condition, has missing accessories, defective, or different from their description on the product detail page at Doctor Fresh.
  2. If you report an issue with your purchased item, we may schedule a service engineer visit at your doorstep for inspection
  3. The return will be processed only when
    1. It is determined that the product do not get damaged while in your processing
    2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you
    3. the should be in original condition (should have brand/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, and all other accessories along with warranty card)
  4. Product marked as non-returnable on the product detail page can not be returned

Note- If you have received the non-returnable item in a defective or damaged condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the product's delivery.

How Can I Return A Product Ordered From Doctor Fresh?

To return a product purchased from Doctor Fresh, you need to indicate the reason for your return in a short note and E-mail us at info@doctorfresh.in

Within What Period Do I Have To Place Product Return Request?

The item is available for a free replacement within 10 days of the unlikely delivery event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand or manufacturer box, MRP tag attached, user manual, warranty card, and another accessory.

Once we receive your return request or the seller notify us of the refund, then we initiate a refund to the original payment method or your bank account or in Doctor Fresh wallet.

For Orders Fulfill By Doctor Fresh

  1. If the payment method, which has been used to make payment at the time of purchase, is no longer valid. In that case, the payment will be raised through a demand draft.
  2. If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, then a refund will be issued through a demand draft

Doctor Fresh executive will send you an e-mail requesting you to call us and provide your name and address so that we can send you the demand draft

For Order Fulfill By Other Seller

  1. For the damaged and defective device, the seller will issue you a refund but only when the product can not be repaired or replaced
  2. In any case, where a refund is required, the seller of that product needs to authorize that refund. Once we receive the seller notification for refund, the above refund period will get applied for the processing refund.

Refund For Pay On Delivery Orders

The refund will be processed either to your bank via NEFT or Doctor Fresh wallet to pay for delivery orders. If you wish to get your refund in your bank account, then you need to update your bank details in your account section

Note- We never processed refunds in the 3rd party accounts. The name on your Amazon account must match the name of the bank account holder.

Shipping Cost Refund

  1. For the items fulfilled by Doctor Fresh, we will process shipping cost refund up to Rs. 100/-. The gift-wrapping cost will also get refunded.

Note- If more than Rs- 100 for returning large & bulky items, you can contact us for an additional refund. You need to provide us proof of payment like a courier receipt for a refund of such additional charges.

  1. In case you are returning a seller fulfilled items, you can request them to reimburse the return shipping charge you paid at the time of product delivery.

Note- The seller will not initiate the refund on shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns
